This is one of the most interesting projects in terms of the location. It is a beach house at Virginia Beach, USA. The bungalow to be designed is around 50 feet away from the sea. It is a three storied house with 7 bed rooms, bar, swimming pool and formal and informal living areas. The interesting part of this project is the fact that it’s designed for a joint family, which consists of three generations. While the overall theme of the project is modern and contemporary architecture, the design also needs to consider the age of the grandparents and make provisions accordingly. Our scope of work here is Architecture as well as Interior designing. Since it’s a lifestyle product, we had to consider a lot of new ideas in terms of the design as well as materials and specifications. Automation also is an integral part of the design. Our main responsibility here is to do justice to the fantastic location. We have done the spatial planning in such a way that it provides for unique opportunities in terms of upmarket interior fit-outs.
