The opportunity to design PepsiCo’s office in Ahmedabad came at a time when they had just introduced their ‘Youngistan’ campaign targeting the youth of the country. They wanted us to design their office keeping in mind the same theme. This was a unique opportunity. Designing an office based on the current marketing campaign of a corporate was going to be interesting. We also had to consider the immensely popular logo/brand colours of a big MNC like PespiCo. To achieve the objectives, we decided to use vibrant colours and also some art work viz. painting and mural, which would give the feeling of a trendy looking office. The furniture used also was not very heavy. We tried to create an office, which didn’t have too many partitions and provided for a lot of interaction within the team, which was their requirement as well. Eventually, the solution provided by us was not only functional but also taking care of their need for creating an office on the basis of the ‘youngistan’ theme.
