When we got an opportunity to design an office for the Food and Beverages department of PepsiCo, we knew that we really needed to give them perfect solution for their office needs in terms of the space utilization. We knew how critical it is to optimize each and every square inch of space in Mumbai, especially when big rentals are concerned. In this case we also had to complete the project on a turn-key basis (design and build) in a stipulated time as PepsiCo had only two months’ rent-free period. The first condition when they gave us the work was to complete the project in that limited time frame. We can proudly say that we designed a very efficient office for them and also completed the work in the time frame they were looking for. The concept was kept quite simple in terms of functionality and the details were also done accordingly so that the cost of maintenance would be minimum. We were highly appreciated for our professional work ethics and ability to deliver in a short time with very good quality execution.
